VOLUNTEERS - Registration Details

**Please complete these steps in December so you're ready to help by January**

1. Volunteers – OISA.org read instructions carefully and fill out all steps in one session. You will need to upload an off-snow photo and a photo of your Covid vaccine card. You will see links to Meadows forms part way though - you can click them and it’ll open a new tab and you just jump back to OISA and will need to acknowledge you have done or will do them.

2. Meadows - Race & Competition Waiver — sign electronically and forward your email confirmation to nepdxsnowboardteam.registrar@gmail.com

3. Providence Consent Form — Download, print, sign and mail to Mt. Hood Meadows, Attn: Chris Olson, P.O. Box 470 Mt. Hood, OR 97041. You can also drop it off in person at the Mt Hood Meadows concierge desk "Attn: Chris Olson". Either way, they need to receive the form prior to your volunteer day on course.

4. PPS — Volunteer / Volunteering with PPS. Volunteers are required to reapply every three years. You can check your status by entering your information on step 3, Submit a Volunteer Application and Volunteer Background Check. Forward your email confirmation to nepdxsnowboardteam.registrar@gmail.com
